ARTVEX is a web site offering free, downloadable clip art.
It’s been a while since I’ve featured a clip art site so, I’ll remedy that deficiency with today’s offering – ARTVEX. It’s a clip art site boasting more then 10,000 free images which can be browsed by category or searched by keyword.
Terms of use specify that the images can be used for personal, non-commercial purposes with a maximum of 10 items per project. Users are also asked to acknowledge ARTVEX as the clipart source.
Bottom line? ARTVEX is an okay clip art site. While it may have more then 10,000 images on offer, there isn’t a lot of school or education related or specific content available. On the positive side, the images I did see, seemed unique and different rather then recycled picts found on a dozen other sites.
ARTVEX is free to use and no account is required for access.
