WUFOO is a free web based survey tool.
Not all survey tools are created equal. Some can be difficult and complicated to set up and use but, not WUFOO. This is a sweet little program. The user interface is very intuitive and easy to follow with lots of buttons and other visual clues. The look and feel is very visually appealing and it doesn’t hurt that the developer has a sense of humour.
Setting up a questionnaire is a snap. There are lots of options as to the type of questions which can be used and types of responses such as multiple choice, checkbox, numbers, etc. For users who are unsure what to ask in a questionnaire or survey, WUFOO provides several examples which can be easily modified or changed to suit a specific need.

WUFOO also provides the code to embed the survey within a web page or send out a link by e-mail notification.
When the survey results come rolling in, there are several different ways to notify the survey administrator and several tools to analyses the results.
As with most survey tools, there is a free and paid version. In WuFOO’s case, several paid versions. The free version allows the user to have up to 3 concurrent surveys.
