“Nik’s Daily English Activities” are daily postings by blogger and educator Nik Peachey to help autonomous EFL/ESL learners improve their English and digital literacy through simple daily online activities.
I try not to be too subject specific when blogging about online tools and resources for the simple reason that there are subject specialist educator/bloggers out “there” who are much more knowledgeable than I and do a much better job. Nevertheless, I could not pass up Nik Peachey’s site. Even though the site’s focus is English (The English activities are very clever and imaginative, making the site worth a visit for that reason alone) there’s a lot of great technology resources here too. For example, the October 8th post has a simple, easy to follow tutorial on how to create an animated music video.
As you can see, these video’s are simple to create.
Nik has scaffolded the video animation process with English curriculum but it can easily be adapted to other subjects.
