DVOLVER is a very easy to use, web based animation program.
This program reminds me of my favourite animation program, “Kerpoof” although not as feature rich and adaptable.
DVOLVER is sort of a one trick pony. With it, users can create simple animation by selecting a back ground, characters and scenario from about a dozen predefined choices. Then the user adds some dialogue and DVOLVER does the rest, rendering all the pieces into a simple animation. Here’s a clip I put together in about 5 minutes.

On the plus side, DVOLVER is extremely easy to use plus, no sign-up or account is required.
Unfortunately, with everything predefined, there’s not much latitude for creativity. In addition, there’s no easy way to download and retain an animation once it’s been created. It stays on DVOLVER’s web site.
As well, once an animation has been published, it can not be edited.
Drawbacks aside, it is a fun program to use.
