TUXPI is a free, web based photo-effects service.
While some photo-editing apps may lack cool photo-effects, here’s a free web site that more then makes ups for their lack. Called TUXPI, the site has over a dozen special effects that can be applied to any picture.
Simply upload a picture, add an effect and download the result. It’s that easy. TUXPI offers the usual such as water reflection and wirl plus some unique effects like “Motivational Poster”, “Postage Stamp” and “Film Strip”. Here’s a motivational poster that I made in just a few minutes.
The site is very easy to use and requires no sign-up.
