TINY DESIGNER is a free, web base drawing and design program.
TINY DESIGNER is more of a design then a draw program. For example, there is no free-hand draw option, only the choice of drawing lines – straight lines, curved lines, angles, squares, etc. As well, there are dozens of pre-done shapes such as stars, arrows, parallelograms, etc., plus lots of fill, editing and manipulation options which can be applied to the shapes.
This really is a full featured design program that is wide open and requires no account.
