CLIPNABBER is a free web service for downloading video clips embedded in a web site.
Anyone who is serious about gathering resources from the web will already have a browser plug-in or add-on for downloading video files. For occasional collectors or times away from home and the familiar desktop computer, CLIPNABBER will fit the bill. Simply paste the URL containing the video clip into CLIPNABBER’s text box and download the video.
CLIPNABBER works with most video indexing sites such as YouTube and TeacherTube and provides instructions on what to do for each site.
While CLIPNABBER may be a one trick pony, it does the trick very well.

I knew this web application to download YouTube videos and download a lot with her, but the bad thing is that format that are downloaded FLV videos.
It found force-download (http://www.force-download.com/) which has the advantage that lets you select which download the video format. If you are interested you can see how to use it here:
