COBOCARDS is a free web based service that enables the user or users to create and share flashcards online.
A recent article in the Edutopia magazine talked about the death or the Information Age and rise of the Collaboration Age. Here’s an app which demonstrates that reality.
As a free flashcard creator app, COBOCARDS is pretty good however, where it really shines is the collaboration functionality. This service makes it very easy for a group of two or more people to not only create cards together but use them together online to help each other learn with tools and resources to facilitate group work and interaction. As COBOCARDS’s creator notes, the app can be used by one person but, that’s no fun and who will check or evaluate the work?
